PREPARE FOR YOUR VISIT

General information and common questions asked to help you prepare for your visit.

BODY BLITZ SPA CONCEPT

Body Blitz Spa preserves the centuries-old European tradition of “Taking the Waters” to promote health and well-being. The Therapeutic Waters Circuit (Dead Sea Salt Pool, Epsom Salt Pool, Cold Plunge Pool, Eucalyptus Steam Room, and Infrared Sauna) is the foundation of Body Blitz Spa.

Our Body Treatments, which incorporate water therapy, and Massages are timeless treatments designed to compliment the Therapeutic Waters Circuit, and provide additional health and skin-aesthetic benefits.

BATHING SUIT POLICY

All guests must wear a bathing suit bottom inside the pool area. A bathing suit top is optional. If you forget your bathing suit, you can purchase a suit bottom and top separately in our retail area. Some bathing suit fabrics are sensitive to salt, mild chlorine, and the hydrotherapy jets. We recommend that you do not wear an expensive or your favourite bathing suit. Body Blitz Spa is not responsible for damage incurred to your suit during your visit. If you are menstruating, we ask that you wear a tampon.

PRIOR TO YOUR BODY TREATMENT

If you are having a Body Scrub, Mud, or Glow, we recommend that you do not shave 24 hours prior.

MODESTY

Our Body Scrubs, Muds, and Glows treat the skin on the body including the buttocks and outer area of the breasts. Guests wear a disposable thong during the treatment, which is provided. We are happy to accommodate modesty requests to ensure your comfort. Anyone under the age of 18 will have mandatory draping of the breast area.

AMENITIES

We provide complimentary use of a Body Blitz Spa robe, towels, and sandals. You will find Body Blitz Mint Lime Lotion, hair dryers, and a selection of toiletries in our vanity, and Body Blitz Mint Lime Wash, and shampoo and conditioner in our showers.

IS THERE TALKING?

Body Blitz Spa is a communal women-only spa and as such, you may find guests socializing, talking, and laughing. Tuesday to Thursday and evenings are generally quieter.
