Body Blitz Spa uses the ancient practice of hot and cold water therapy through therapeutic pools, an infrared sauna, and eucalyptus steam room. Alternating between hot and cold has many physical and psychological benefits. 

WARM DEAD SEA SALT POOL | 98º Fahrenheit (36.6º Celsius)

24 water jets assist in helping the body to relax and release stress. The Dead Sea Salt Pool helps ease muscle aches, improve joint mobility, and offset body stress and fatigue. The Dead Sea salts provide relief to skin and rheumatic discomfort, help eliminate toxins, and replenish the body with essential minerals. 

COLD PLUNGE POOL | 66º Fahrenheit (18.9º Celsius)

Reduce inflammation, increase the body’s energy level, and tighten pores. Submerging in cold water helps the lymphatic system, and keeps the body temperature at a healthy rate.

HOT EPSOM SALT POOL | 104º Fahrenheit (40º Celsius)

Relieve muscle pain and joint stiffness, reduce inflammation, ease stress, calm the mind, and deeply relax the body. The high magnesium content of Epsom salt improves sleep and concentration, and it helps to regulate over 325 enzymes in the body.
CAUTION: The hot Epsom Salt Pool may cause some individuals to feel light-headed. A maximum of five minutes is recommended. 

EUCALYPTUS STEAM ROOM

The 100% humidity relaxes the body, increases circulation, and cleanses and tones the skin. The eucalyptus infusion is beneficial for respiratory disorders and rheumatic pain, and it can clear congestion and provide a calming effect.  

INFRARED SAUNA

Promotes a sweating heat, which is three times more effective than a traditional sauna. Rid toxins from the body, relaxes muscles and stiffness, ease joint pain, and calm the mind.
