CAN I REQUEST PICKUP?
Pickup is available at both spas during regular hours:
Mon: Closed
Tue-Thu: 10am-8pm
Fri: 10am-9pm
Sat: 9am-8pm
Sun: 9am-6pm

CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD TO PURCHASE SKIN CARE PRODUCTS?
Yes. Please email info@bodyblitzspa.com to arrange this as you cannot use the gift card to purchase online. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If there is an issue with the order you have received, please provide a clear photo of the item(s) received and a description of the issue. You will be responsible for return shipping fees. Please include your original receipt. You can drop off the return item during regular spa hours. Contact shop@bodyblitzspa.com for all return inquiries, including arrangements to exchange items.

You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed. Please note that your financial institution may take approximately five business days to reflect any credits. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?
We do our best to package your products carefully when shipping, but sometimes spills or breaks will occur. If your product arrives damaged, please take a photo of it and send it to to shop@bodyblitzspa.com. We will assess the damage and do our best to make you happy.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your products will be shipped from our Head Office within 1-3 business days. We will let you know if any circumstances arise that would delay your order. If an order is placed on Saturday/Sunday, it will be packed and shipped on Monday.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship to Canada and USA. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package is dispatched. If your order does not arrive within 14(CAD)/30(US) days, please email shop@bodyblitzspa.com.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT ONLINE?
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Be sure to correctly spell name, city/province/territory in full. Please avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact us immediately if you have made a mistake at shop@bodyblitzspa.com. Once your order has been shipped it is not possible to cancel or make changes to it.

SALES TAX
The tax rate applied depends on your ship-to destination. Tax is calculated on the merchandise total of your order, and in some provinces sales tax is payable on shipping and handling charges.
