GROUPS

Combine Health by Water and a social get-together with a group of loved ones to celebrate a milestone, a bridal shower, or catch-up.  

A group consists of 5 or more women, and it must be booked through our Group Bookings Coordinator at groupbookings@bodyblitzspa.com.

DO BOTH SPAS ACCEPT GROUPS?

Yes. Body Blitz Spa West (471 Adelaide St. W) and Body Blitz Spa East (497 King St. E) accept groups. Groups consisting of 15 or more women can be booked after 5 p.m. Tuesday to Friday. 

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A GROUP?

We request that the organizer of the group email us at groupbookings@bodyblitzspa.com to make all arrangements. The organizer will be required to provide a credit card to secure the booking for the Therapeutic Water Circuit, Spa Treatments, and Massages. The credit card will not be charged unless the group is cancelled within 48 hours, at which time, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?

We suggest you book as soon as the group has decided to visit Body Blitz Spa. 

CAN WE SPLIT THE COST OF OUR FRIEND’S TREATMENT?

We recommend that you collect the money for the treatment in advance, as we cannot split the payment upon check-in. If you have purchased a Waters Card, which includes seven Therapeutic Waters Circuit visits for the price of six, you can split this between your friends. However, one person must purchase the card, and it is up to her to collect payment from the group.

WHERE CAN WE TAKE A GROUP PHOTO?

All electronics are strictly prohibited in the spa area. However, you are welcome to take photos in our reception area, and it’s always fun to take them while wearing your Body Blitz robe. Feel free to tag us in your photos @bodyblitzspa.

NOTE: A RMT receipt can only be issued if the massage is paid for by the client having the massage.
