REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST

Position Overview

Registered Massage Therapists are valued members of the Body Blitz Spa team. A successful Body Blitz Spa RMT possesses a warm and welcoming manner with the ability to perform a variety of massage therapy services.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform all modalities of massage offered by Body Blitz Spa, i.e. prenatal, deep pressure, and therapeutic
• Provide the highest quality massage therapy treatments in a safe, hygienic, professional, and courteous manner
• Anticipate client’s needs and responds promptly and professionally
• Frequently check with clients to promote comfort, safety, and security throughout and after the service
• Responsible for maintaining ongoing up-to-date and accurate treatment records.
• Responsible for updating client information provided on Health History Form into Book4Time.
• Ensure proper cleanliness and sanitization of treatment rooms

Skills required:

• You provide exemplary attention to outstanding customer service, and always make a personal connection with your client
• You are a superb communicator
• You love working in a fast-paced environment with other dynamic women

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in Registered Massage Therapist role
• Availability to work some evenings/weekend shifts
• Active and current license from the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
• Professional liability insurance to practice as an RMT
