Body Blitz Spa accepts groups. Groups consisting of 15 or more women can be booked after 5 p.m. Tuesday to Friday. <\/span><\/p>\nWHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A GROUP<\/span>?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\nWe request that the organizer of the group email us at<\/span> groupbookings@bodyblitzspa.com<\/a> <\/strong>to make all arrangements. The organizer will be required to provide a credit card to secure the booking for the Therapeutic Water Circuit, Spa Treatments, and Massages. The credit card will not be charged unless the group is cancelled within the deposit policy.<\/span><\/p>\nWHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT\/CANCELLATION POLICY?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\nGroup bookings are required to pay a 50% deposit when booking. The deposit can be applied to your booking when you check in. For Treatment group bookings the deposit becomes non-refundable if the group cancels less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointments. For Groups of 10 or more booking the Therapeutic Waters Circuit, cancellations must be made up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made before the cancellation window will receive a full refund.<\/p>\n
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK? <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\nWe suggest you book as soon as the group has decided to visit Body Blitz Spa. <\/span><\/p>\nCAN WE SPLIT THE COST OF OUR FRIEND\u2019S TREATMENT?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\nWe recommend that you collect the money for the treatment in advance, as we cannot split the payment upon check-in. If you have purchased a Waters Card, which includes seven Therapeutic Waters Circuit visits for the price of six, you can split this between your friends. However, one person must purchase the card, and it is up to her to collect payment from the group.<\/span><\/p>\nWHERE CAN WE TAKE A GROUP PHOTO?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\nAll electronics are strictly prohibited in the spa area. However, you are welcome to take photos in our reception area, and it\u2019s always fun to take them while wearing your Body Blitz robe.
