Questions and answers regarding group bookings.

HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?
We require one main organizer to be the point of contact for a group booking, and we prefer to communicate via email so we can keep track of all the important details! To start, we recommend sending your group our spa menu (download a PDF copy here), and gathering all the necessary information before emailing us. Please note: Group Bookings cannot be made over the phone.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend giving us as much notice as possible so we can accommodate your group. Generally our weekends book up 6-8 weeks in advance.

IS EVERYTHING GOING ON MY CREDIT CARD?
If you are booking a group for the therapeutic waters, we do not need to take a credit card to hold your reservation. If anyone in the group is having treatments, we do. This is just to hold the booking and is not charged in advance; members of your group can pay however they like when you arrive. We do charge your card a 50% service fee in case of a last minute cancellation or no-show. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for all group bookings (with treatments).

CAN WE SPLIT THE COST OF OUR FRIEND’S TREATMENT?
We recommend you collect the money for your friend’s treatment in advance, as there is not an easy way to split up the payment at check-in. This will save time and hassle at check-out.
PLEASE NOTE: a guest may only receive an RMT receipt for insurance purposes if she pays for her own treatment. She will not receive the receipt if her friends have paid for her.

CAN WE SHARE A WATERS CARD?
Yes! You can call in and place an order, or purchase it online as a “gift certificate” (at the bottom of the service list). If you decide to purchase our Waters Card on the day that you arrive, please note that we can only accept one form of payment as our system cannot split the cost of the card.

WHERE CAN WE TAKE A GROUP PHOTO?
Of course you want to capture your special day, and we love seeing our clients post to FB and Instagram about their spa visit. We ask that you please do NOT take photographs anywhere inside the spa (locker room, vanity, pool area), but do so only in the reception area. Feel free to tag us in your photos @bodyblitzspa!
