Hippocrates, who discovered the healing powers of seawaters after inspecting its magical effects on fishermen’s hands, would approve of the therapeutic waters at body blitz. Begin your $35 spa day by wading through the mineral-replenishing 38-foot centerpiece pool with its 24 hydrotherapy jets, handcrafted limestone waterfall and unrefined salt from the Dead Sea. An aromatherapy steam room, cold plunging pool and an infrared sauna complete the circuit. Be warned, though: prudery must be left at the door, since most patrons at this women-only spa hang out in the buff.
